Beef

These mild and spicy halal soujouk (dried beef sausage) are seasoned with cumin, sumac, garlic, red pepper and salt. We carry many other smoked and flavored dried beef variations from across the Mediterranean and Middle East including mortadella, salami, bologna, pastrami, sausage, frankfurters and jerky packages. We also carry beef neck and ribs.
