Krinos Capers are packed in a brine to enhance their zestful flavor and preserve their freshness. A touch lemony, these tiny pickled buds are a versatile seasoning or garnish. Classically used in Italian Chicken Picatta and Pasta Puttanesca, and French Sole Meunière and Salad Nicoise, capers also pair beautifully with tuna, sundried tomatoes, lemon and olive oil on a panini – or with bagels, cream cheese and smoked salmon.
